For April 2026 trips onwards - All bookings need to be made via the Reel Minds Booking App.

Initially it will be a web based app so you do not need to download.  I will post the link on the 15th March.  Click on the link and you will be presented with a sign up page.  Register then save the page to the home screen on your phone and it will look and work exactly like an app or just save it as a bookmark on your laptop or PC. in the meantime below is a guided tutorial of how to register, navigate the app, make bookings, cancel bookings and record your wellbeing.  The app also contains useful information on the venues, species and tactics for each venue as well as toilet facilities, accessibility and parking.

This may seem difficult to start with but will make things much easier in the long run.  No more searching for facebook posts with the trip dates or searching messages for pick up times - everything will be in 1 place.

Youth trips will also appear on the app and can only be booked by participants under 18.
